ur owner and head disc jockey, Christopher Knapp, has been working in the music field since 1994. He began by learning to read and play instrumental music, specifically the trumpet. Since this classical start, he has gone on to receive formal and informal training. He started DJing in 1997 as a hobby, providing entertainment at friend and family functions. In 1999, he spent most of the year working as a car audio installer. Then in 2000, he received formal training in broadcast media at the Defense Information School (DINFOS).
DINFOS provided Chris with more than just radio media training; he also received training in voice, television and public affairs. After graduating at the top of his class, he went on to spend the next two years backing his education with real world experience in Washington state.
While in Washington, Chris worked with P & B Productions, a well-known local DJ company. Under the supervision of infamous DJ B-Smooth, Chris perfected the arts of mixing music, reading crowds, microphone etiquette and event presentation.
Confident with the skills he learned, he decided to start his own DJ company. It was then No Regret Productions was born.
In 2002, Chris moved to North Carolina and brought the company with him.
